Hi, I'm Hudson Obai, a senior software engineer from Kisii, Kenya but currently based in Munich Germany. I currently work as a consultant for Randstad Digital Germany AG.

By nature, I'm a deeply curious person, obsessed with digging into the guts of software to see how it all works. This obsession with optimization fuels my passion for high-performance systems programming, with Rust being my tool of choice.

While I build enterprise solutions as a Java & Angular developer by day, my free time is spent in the realm of programming—writing articles, building new services, and running experiments to explore innovative ways of building and testing distributed systems.

When I finally unplug, you can find me on the football pitch or spending quality time with my wife, Vreni, and our kids, Ruby and Verena.
